Все необходимое для отдыха- кондиционер, быт. Техника, посуда, чистое бельё.
Район замечательный - 10 минут ходьбы до приморского парка (сделали реконструкцию в прошлом году), там же пляж (с душем, с раздевалками). Отличная транспортная развязка в любую часть города.
В соседних домах сбербанк, магниты, пятерочка, в ста метрах рыночек. Окончательная цена зависит от времени года, количества суток, количества человек вместимость 6 чел. Отчётная документы по договоренности.
