Advantages:

В общем всё хорошо, если вы не слишком претенциозны. Из достоинств-удобное расположение объекта и возможность припарковать машину.

Disadvantages:

Согласен с предыдущими комментариями, совсем не помешало бы обновить или почистить мебель, и сделать генеральную уборку!
