Сдаётся очень просторный и уютный дом 70 кв. м, две раздельные комнаты, просторная столовая, кухня, санузел, присутствует вся необходимая мебель, техника, две сплит-системы, всегда чистое бельё и своевременная уборка. Дом находится в исторической части города с отличной инфраструктурой, а главное, всё это в шаговой доступности от центрального пляжа. Также на территории очень хорошая зона отдыха с мангалом и беседкой. Заранее, бронируйте. В доме можно комфортно расположиться от 4 до 10 человек.

Advantages:

Свой двор, тихо спокойно. Большие комнаты для 8 человек, пойдет.

Disadvantages:

Телевизор в 1 комнате показывает чаще 3 канала но бывает 12, во второй вообще нет, до пляжа не менее 10 минут, пляж жуть, хуже не видел, это не курорт.
