Advantages:

Прекрасное жильё! Сама квартира очень большая и уютная. Ремонт свежий, всё чистое и опрятное. Есть всё необходимое для проживания и даже больше. Вид из окна просто потрясающий. Можно выйти на балкон и наслаждаться им. Также хочу отметить удобство расположения: на первом этаже дома есть магазин «Магнит». Большое спасибо хозяйке, она очень доброжелательная, готова откликнуться и ответить на все вопросы, если они у вас возникнут.

Advantages:

В квартире есть всё самое необходимое. Фото соответствует.

Disadvantages:

В душевой кабинке пол подозрительно прогинался, было ощущение что вот вот провалиться)
