Самый центральный центр. Все развлечения, достопримечательности, парк Горького, Гринвич, Пушкинская набережная, Петровская в шаговой доступности. До центрального пляжа 5 минут, где самое чистое море, до рынка 15, «Пятёрочка», «Магнит», трамвай — 5 минут.

Advantages:

Прекрасное место, в доме есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Идеальная чистота. Тихий спокойный район. Магазин в пешей доступности. Рядом трамвайная остановка, можно быстро доехать до центра. В целом минусов не обнаружили от слова совсем. Обязательно еще вернемся сюда, если будем проездом.
