Уютная домашняя обстановка. Предоставляется постельное бельё, полотенца, посуда, утюг.
Тенистый двор, въезд для автомобиля, во дворе беседка, мангал. Рядом городской парк, пляжи елисеевский, солнечный, медуза, аквапарк, спортивный комплекс адмирал, развлекательный комплекс гринвич парк с сауной, русской и турецкой банями, кафе.
Дом сдается для одной семьи, или компании, без подселения.
